WITHOUT SLOWING DOWN UPSTREAM STATIONS

This skate roller table receives a panel at the end of the line when it is ejected from the last station. This additional station provides space for additional value-added activity and time for a crane to stack the panel onto a bundle without slowing upstream stations.

  • Provides a place for additional value added activity such as applying building wrap, attaching VTP’s, adding lifting straps, manually routing openings or manually adding sheathing.

  • Optional Brake to Prevent Rollers from moving while work is being done on the panel

  • 12’ wide x 20’ long working area (custom sizes available)

  • Heavy duty powder coated welded steel construction
