GEN3 Sheathing Bridge
Our Gen3 Sheathing Bridge allows for up to 8 Heads on a single rail, providing maximum flexibility for dividing up the nailing load among all guns. Screw gun and gluing heads can be added individually or piggyback on existing heads to maximize the versatility of the bridge.

Centering tilt mechanisms in both directions reduce x-axis bridge movement, speeding production, while sensors continually adjust for variations in panel thickness to provide consistent nail embedment.
Oversized Tall Walls, Rake Walls, and Floor Cassettes can be turned 90 degrees for nailing, screwing, or gluing.
Other optional equipment to maximize productivity are vertical nail coils, which allow 6” o/c head spacing and reserve coils which drastically reduce nail reloading frequency.
