As a former partner and owner at the All-Fab Group of companies, Garry was a key member of the leadership team that increased the business' profitability as the company evolved from 6 operating divisions with 120 employees in 2 provinces to 17 operating divisions with 850 employees across 4 provinces and 1 US state. He is also an investor in tech startups and enjoys staying current with emerging technologies.

 

In his current role, Garry focuses on leveraging his business and design experience to facilitate collaboration between the AMT design team and customers to implement solutions that will grow their businesses while delivering a compelling return on investment.

A professional engineer and business leader with over 30 years of experience, Ken has built a career dedicated to innovation, precision, and results across the agricultural machinery, oil & gas, and industrial robotics sectors. His expertise spans the full spectrum of equipment development—including mechanical, hydraulic, electronic, and software systems. Throughout his career, he has led the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation and machinery solutions that deliver exceptional performance and value.

 

As former CEO and CFO of K-Hart Industries Ltd., Ken guided the company through a period of rapid growth and transformation. Under his leadership, K-Hart expanded its workforce, strengthened its production capabilities, and successfully launched two new products, extending its market reach throughout North America and Australia.

 

In addition to his corporate leadership, Ken managed and operated his 7,500-acre family farm for more than two decades. He also co-founded an engineering consultancy that supported agricultural and oil & gas manufacturers with product design, prototyping, and production management, completing more than 40 projects over 20 years.

 

Today, as CEO of AMT Robotics, Ken applies his extensive technical and managerial experience to lead the company’s mission of advancing automation technologies that redefine efficiency, quality, and safety in building-component manufacturing.

 

A strong advocate for community involvement, Ken has served on numerous boards and committees, often in leadership roles, where he continues to contribute his skills in collaboration, communication, and strategic planning to strengthen local initiatives and organizations.

A professional software engineer with 25+ years of experience in development, architecture, and design of systems for multidisciplinary projects in the wireless communications, mobile networking, data storage, agricultural vehicle equipment, and gaming industries.

 

Stas focuses on creating intuitive and functional user interfaces to optimize the performance of production technicians working with AMT Equipment, optimizing the automation of individual pieces of equipment and how the system operates as a whole, and collecting valuable data to assist our customers in optimizing their operations.

Kostya graduated from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with a master's degree in mechanical engineering, focusing on the building and chemical industries. He brings 14+ years of technical experience to his role at AMT, including previous roles in oil and gas, automated packaging equipment, and security systems.

He is also skilled in machining and fabrication, making him an even more effective engineer and leader of our production team who ensures the quality and longevity of every piece of equipment we build for our customers.
